  • Carmen Torres

    Carmen formally studied education and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Language and Literature in Peru. She has been working at GraceKids Academy for ten years, and many a child has learned from Carmen that “Jesus loves me” - not only the song but the reality. After the children pray they always do a big “Halleluiah”. She teaches the children about God through songs and reading Bible stories. Carmen has been blessed with a wonderful husband, Edgar and God blessed them with a little girl, Abigail.

  • Erin Hill

    Erin is an Elementary major at Valencia College and plans to transfer to UCF to receive her bachelor's degree.  She has been working with children since 2012.  She loves watching children advance in their education and their love for Jesus.  She believes that God has blessed her with this opportunity to work with the children at GraceKids Academy.  When she is not teaching, she loves spending time with her family at Disney and the water parks.

  • Shailin Williams

    Shailin has been teaching children for eighteen years. She received her Early Childhood Degree (CDA) in 2000, and has taught VPK for nine years. Shailin is a celebrated and animated story teller bringing every lesson to life for each child in her classroom. When Shailin isn’t teaching kids, she enjoys spending time with her friends at Sea World Orlando and Universal Studios. She has a large family and loves to spend time with her three month old nephew who enjoys taking center stage.

  • Amanda Davis

    Amanda has been teaching children for over seventeen years. She has worked with multiple age groups, but has always been especially fond of the infants. She worked hard for a year and received her National CDA.   When out of the classroom, Amanda loves to read, and spend time with Travis, her husband of twenty one years.   They have three great children - Colton, Reese and Allie.

  • Rachel Hamilton


    Rachel is an exciting childcare professional who has experience working with children since 2010. She has worked with children from Infants up to thirteen years old. Rachel has also worked with autistic and special needs children. She loves to play games and comes up with new strategies to help children grow in their knowledge academically and socially.


  • Andrea Carrier

    Andrea is from Panama City, Florida, but came to Orlando in 1999 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Mass Communications.  While working in journalism for a short time, she quickly realized her true passion:  children.  Since 2000 she has worked for many schools and organizations.  She loves teaching the children about God through songs, and seeing them learn about His Word during Chapel time.  She looks forward to serving the children of GraceKids Academy for many years to come.
